Since in Tamilnadu for the admission in B.E. /B.Tech admissions TNEA is held for all colleges.
And in government colleges it is manadatory to appear in TNEA and then a merit will be prepared and according to merit you will get admission.
But since MEC - Muthiammal Engineering College is a private college. Hence it offers direct admission also which is based on your 12th marks.

To get admitted in B.E. /B.Tech course at MEC-Muthiammal Engineering college, you have to appear in TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions).
And then according to merit of students, counselling will be done. You will get admission if you come in merit.
