Yes, IMU Chennai does offer a BTech course for the duration of four years. The campus only offers one specialisation in the BTech course, i.e., Marine Engineering. Further, the course is divided into eight semesters and offered in full-time mode. To get admission into this course, candidates must complete the basic eligibility requirement, secure valid scores in the entrance exam, and then go through a counselling process.

Yes, You can get admission into Sumathi Reddy Institute of Technology  for Women B.E. / B.Tech course without TS EAMCET

There are two ways :

  • You can join through the management quota, where they have 30% seats. So limited. You have to pay huge fees (donations) to get  into the college.
  • You can join through Lateral Entry, Where they were 10% seats reserved to the lateral entry students.

Selection is based on Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) scores or board exam merit via state counselling. Candidates need a minimum of forty? five percent in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The institute also considers UP Joint Entrance Test (UPEJCET) scores. Admission requires timely registration, rank submission, and counselling. Despite being competitive, especially in branches like Computer Science, the faculty supports students in each step and offers guidance during counselling. It's a transparent, merit-based pathway to secure a seat.

The TNEA application timeline usually begins with online registrations in May, followed by seat counselling between June and July. Specifically, Class 12 marks submission is usually in early May, rank list publication in mid-June, and counselling sessions spread over late June through July. MRK Institute provides guidance throughout the process via webinars and help desks to ease candidate navigation. Since dates may vary slightly each year, it's best to stay updated through official TNEA announcements and the institute's website.

Admission to B. R. Harne College of Engineering and Technology's B.E. / B.Tech course primarily relies on MHT CET or JEE Main scores through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) of DTE Maharashtra. However, direct admission is possible through the "Institute Level Quota" (often called Management Quota). For this, students are assessed based on their Class 12th (HSC) marks (usually a minimum of 45-50% in PCM). Diploma holders can also get direct second-year admission without MHT CET.

MRK Institute of Technology (Cuddalore) chooses B.E./B.Tech applicants on the basis of:

10+2 with PCM, obtaining a minimum of 45% in aggregate (40% reserved).

Admission is based on JEE Main rank centralized through Anna University/TNEA.

Lateral entry for 2nd year needs Diploma or B.Sc. with Maths, once again 45% (40% reserved), choice through LEET rank.
