Yes, you can get admission to Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Tirupati, for B.E./B.Tech without appearing for Andhra Pradesh EAMCET through the Management Quota. While 70% of seats are filled via Andhra Pradesh EAMCET counselling, the remaining 30% are earmarked for direct admissions under this quota. You'll still need to meet the minimum academic eligibility criteria of passing 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (typically 45% aggregate). Contact the college directly for management quota application details.

Surely you can get admission into the Techno International New Town without WBJEE or JELET by going for the management or institutional quota. As long as you have completed the 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths and meet their eligibility criteria, you can apply directly through college. You would fill out the application, provide your 12th transcript, and pay the required fees to secure a place.
