Yes, you can still get admission to DIET Dumkal without WBJEE, but only through management quota:
10% of B.Tech seats are reserved for management quota—these don't require WBJEE rank .
However, you must have passed 10+2 with PCM and meet eligibility (45% aggregate) .
For lateral entry, Diploma or B.Sc + JELET qualification works.
Direct management admissions typically involve contacting the college admissions office, paying higher fees, and submitting required documents.

No, You can not get direct admission to Coochbehar Government Engineering College B.E. / B.Tech course . You have to compulsorly attend WBJEE or JEE MAINS Exam and participate in WBJEE counselling to get into this college. There is no concept of management quota seat. You have to work hard to pass WBJEE Exam.

Admission- B.E./B.Tech at Sri Vasavi institute of engineering and Technology (SVIET) is mostly done through 2 streams. The *Convenor Quota ( 70 percent of the seats )* will have a valid rank in the *AP EAMCET* and at least 45 percent (40 percent in reserved) marks in the 10+2 PCM. The *Management Quota ( 30% seats )* takes either Andhra Pradesh EAMCET rank or minimum of 50 in 10+2 in PCM. These two courses demand that a candidate must meet the local/non-local requirements and must attain the age of 16 years old by the deadline of December 31 st of the year of admission.

The minimum criteria to take admission at Calcutta Institute of Technology B.E./B.Tech is a *10+2 with PCM (minimum 45 % aggregate).* Valid scores are considered in either the *WBJEE* or the *JEE Main* entrance tests to select. Only the passing students should then take part in the *central based WBJEE Counselling on the internet*. These include online registration, filling of choices (including CIT), seat allotment on basis of merit and lastly reporting to the institute to do the document verification and fee payment to complete the admission.
