According to your category and rank their is a chance to get NIT with best branches here I listed some colleges where all branches are open for you according to your interest you can get admission their.
Nit Sikkim
Nit Mizoram
Nit Agartala
Nit Durgapur etc.

Yes, you can apply for CSAB spot counselling round. If you don't get a seat or desired seat in the JoSAA counselling rounds, then you might get a seat in CSAB spot round. So please apply for CSAB spot round.
