I had qualify July 19 CTET both paper but in dg locker it is not showing how could I get the certificate.

Only if the option is there in digi locker to show the certificate. They might have removed it due to some technical issue.

Actually my fathers name was wrong on CTET form and in admit card too. So how can I correct it.

You have to submit a valid proof ID and a stamp.

My dled session is2018-20,I have give my first semester exam but result is not out now,if I will pass th ctet of dec 2019,will it be valid ?

Yes, it will be valid as the court declared, but rules get changed from time to time and it depends on hiring authorities.

According to the decision of the court, it will be valid but it totally depends on hiring authorities.

Cut off marks for CTET
Unreserved category 60% i.e. 90 Marks
Reserved category 55% i.e. 82 Marks.

The CTET cutoff score for Paper 1 and 2 is 60% of the total marks. Candidates have to secure qualifying marks according to the paper they have selected for taking the exam.
