The result displayed on CTET website only has your percentage and marks. It has not mentioning pass or fail if your score is above 90 you are pass. For more information, go to CTET website :

For CTET to be qualified, you need 60%, which are 90 marks. Try in schools because some schools offer relaxation in CTET marks according to reservations. Also, you can reappear in the next session in July with more preparation.

According to the result, CTET score card is your performance in the exam. They will consider pass only when you get 60% marks. The schools have reservations and their norms. The qualifying marks for general/ EWS category is 90 and 82.5 for OBC/ SC/ ST categories. In CTET 2019 July session, 3.52 Lacs candidates have qualified the exam.
