With a CUET-PG score of 105, your options for Masters in Political Science are limited, but some universities might still be accessible. The competition after CUET is quiet high. And Sadly, 121 marks is less for a popular central university. As university of Hyderabad is the desirable university for many students, the cutoff would go high. You can try in other state's central universities, by checking last year's cutoff for history in those universities. 

218 score in CUET PG is a good course, but cutoffs for International relations or political Science in JNU are higher than this score, and the expected cutoffs for these programs are generally higher, around 240-250.  Admission to competitive programs like these at JNU is highly sought after, hence the competition is very intense.
