For the admission process of the BSc course at FIEM, acceptance of CUET scores is not explicitly mentioned on the official website of the university. Moreover, the college is affiliated with MAKAUT, and it accepts the entrance exam, MAKAUT CET for BSc courses. MAKAUT CET or MAKAUT Common Entrance Test (CET), is an all-India level examination for admission to the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology and its affiliated colleges.

University & College – Top universities like Delhi University, BHU, JNU generally require much higher CUET scores for BA (often above 500–600 for popular courses).

2. Course Popularity – BA in English, Economics, Political Science usually has higher cutoffs. Less popular subjects (like Sanskrit, Philosophy, or certain regional language courses) often have lower cutoffs.

3. Category (General/OBC/SC/ST/EWS) – Reserved categories have lower cutoff scores.

4. Round of Counselling – In later rounds (Round 3 or beyond), seats in some colleges/courses may be available at lower scores.

No, most of the undergraduate courses offered by KC College use a merit based process for their seat allotment. The undergraduate courses that do not follow a merit based process require candidates to clear the HSNC University entrance exam. If the candidate has appeared for the CUET exam, there Class 12 aggregate will be the only criteria considered for admissions.

Yes, Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies accepts the CUET exam scores for admissions to BBA and BCom course. However, the first priority is given to the CET exam. The vacant seats after exhausting the merit list of CET will be filled through the merit list of CUET. Candidates must contact the admissions office for more details or any queries about the same.
