Yes, you can get B.Com (Hons.) admission in top Central Universities through CUET. Apply to Delhi University, BHU, AMU, or Jamia Millia. These universities offer excellent faculty, campus life, and good career opportunities in commerce.

For admission generally they ask for caste certificate not income certificate. Because reservation for SC or st categories is given on the basis of caste not income.
Still they have asked for income certificate then you can apply for these certificates on Jan seva Kendra and you can get a receipt which you can put at the place
of caste certificate. And when the caste certificate will be generated you can submit it. They give you undertaking form with the help of that you get some time
to submit your certificates.
You can apply both in main campus and affiliated colleges.

No, admission to Raffles University are based on the entrance/situation test conducted by the university itself. Although candidates with a exceptional CUET scrore might be preferred for admission, it is not a mandatory critetia for selection. With the situation test the candidates must also clear the PI round. Both of these are conducted offline at the university.

If you want only BHU then you can give the CUET exam again next time. Because on this score I don't think you will get a seat in BHU even in affiliated colleges. But if you are from sc/st/ph category then there may be a chance. You can register for counseling and see what happens.
