If you're unsure about your career goals, don't worry—CUET subject mapping can still be strategized to keep your options open. The key is to choose subjects that provide versatility and align with your strengths and interests. Here are a few tips to help you make the right decisions:
- Choose subjects that are widely accepted across multiple courses and universities (e.g., English, History, Political Science, and Economics).
- Opt for subjects you are confident in and enjoy studying.
- Include a general test as a backup for cross-stream flexibility.
- Research emerging fields and courses that align with your broad interests.

No, CUET is not the only entrance examination that Somaiya Vidyavihar University considers for admissions to BSc courses. The university also accepts the scores of other entrance examinations such as SVU ET and MAH CET. However, the acceptance of entrance examination scores differs according to the BSc specialsiation selected by the students, such as for BSc in Data Science, the MAH CET entrance exam is accepted by SVU Mumbai.
Note: This information is not definite because the university can change the admission guidelines and process according to the circumstances.
