It's not possible, there is about 70% of practical in it. So, you would have to do it regular. It's only 1.6 year's course.

You can do Diploma in culinary arts or degree (BSC in culinary art) according to your condition.
In my opinion, you should do Diploma in culinary arts.

Yes you can, you would have to do 12th with NIOS board while Diploma in culinary arts because you can't do this Diploma by distance.

The basic minimum eligibility for pursuing B.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics is a X and XII qualification from a recognized educational board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the main subjects at the intermediate level, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
Some universities/ colleges also accept Botany/ Zoology/ Computer Science/ Biochemistry instead of Biology as one of the main subjects studied in class XII.
Admission to the course at some colleges and institutes offering B.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics is based on the candidates performance in the relevant entrance examination conducted by the concerned university.

I don't know the best but definitely, if you join top IHM's Institute you will get the know the various cooking skills. For joining the top institute you will have to crack the NCHMCT JEE Exam with a good rank.
