The syllabus of entrance exam conducted by Agriculture University is class 11th and 12th courses of NCERT for PCBM. And, you have to prepare a bit of Agriculture part from outside or from other books, as NCERT is not enough for that.

Actually, there are no. of 1-year courses, and even if you want you can pursue any course and then appear for JEE Mains 2020. But I strongly recommend you to join in any of the colleges at present.

It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in Dairy branch. It's great. But unfortunately for getting admission in any engineering college, a student has to appear some or the other entrance exam. Hence decide and prepare for these entrance

No, only institute under Mumbai, Pune and other state universities have such provisions.
IIT admissions are done strictly on the basis of JEE and there is no lateral entry scheme available.
