DCECE Application Form

No, applicants are not allowed to fill DCECE 2025 application form in offline mode. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board will release the DCECE application form online only. Candidates need to visit the official website to complete DCECE registration using personal details. The last date to fill DCECE application form will be notified later.  

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board will commence the DCECE 2025 application form correction facility online. Applicants who made any mistake at the time of DCECE registration can rectify mistakes through the correction facility. Candidates will be allowed to make corrections in certain fields only. The last date to make corrections in DCECE application form 2025 will be notified later.  

No, candidates do not have to send the printed copy of the DCECE application form to the authorities. Candidates must keep the prints with themselves. Multiple copies of the complete application form should be printed as it will be required at different stages of the admission process.

The application fee for DCECE is as follows:

Application for one course (PE or PM, or PMM)

• Fee for General category Candidates: INR 750
• Fee for SC/ST/PwD Candidates: INR 480

Application for any two courses (PE, PM, or PMM)

• Fee for General category Candidates: INR 850
• Fee for SC/ST/PwD Candidates: INR 530

Application for all three courses (PE, PM, and PMM)

• Fee for General category Candidates: INR 950
• Fee for SC/ST/PwD Candidates: INR 630

Candidates can apply for any one course group, or any two or all course groups as per their eligibility. Candidates who have passed or are appearing in the class 10 exam in 2024 can apply for DCECE PE and PMM course groups. To apply for the PM course group candidates must have passed or are appearing in the 10+2 exam in 2025.

 The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board released the DCECE 2025 application form at the official wesbite. The last date to fill DCECE application form was May 12, 2025. DCECE application form 2025 was made available online only on the official website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. To apply for the PM course group candidates must have passed or are appearing in the 10+2 exam in 2024. Candidates could apply for any one course group, or any two or all course groups as per their eligibility. 

The DCECE application form correction window will be provided for the candidates who have completed the form and submitted the same within the deadline. The last date for form correction is will be notified later. Using the application form correction window, candidates can edit/correct the details in the submitted form, if required. This correction facility is a one-time opportunity. To make changes in the online submitted DCECE application form, candidates have to login to the official website.

The DCECE application process includes registration, filling out the online application form, editing the details, payment of the application fee, and taking printouts of the application form. Candidates must note that they must download and take printouts of both Parts A and B of the DCECE application form 2025.

Candidates have to upload scanned copy of their photo and signature as per the specification by the authorities. The details of the scanned documents to be uploaded are:
