Step 1: DCECE Bihar Polytechnic Registration

First candidates have to click on ‘New Registration’ and enter the following details:

• Name of Exam: DCECE 2025.
• Course Group: PE/PPE/PM/PMD.
• Your Name: First Name, Mid Name, Last Name.
• Re-Enter Your Name: First Name, Mid Name, Last Name.
• Date of Birth.
• Re-Enter Date of Birth.
• Are you a permanent resident of Bihar?.
• Reservation Category?.
• Re-Select Reservation Category?.
• Do you claim a disabled quota?.
• Email ID.
• Note: Please note that all communication related to the application including link registration for activation etc. will be sent to this email id.
• Password.
• Confirm Password.
• Note: Password length should be 8-20. (It must contain at least one letter, one number and one special character).
• Mobile number of the candidate.
• Re-Enter your Mobile No.
• Aadhar Card number
• Security Question.
• Security Answer.

Step 2: Enter Personal Information

Here candidates need to fill in their personal details in the space provided and click on ‘Save & Continue' to proceed.

Step 3: Upload Photograph & Signature

In this step, candidates have to upload scanned images of photos and signatures with the given dimensions. Photographs should be uploaded with Placard.

Step 4: Academic details

Next, candidates have to fill in their educational qualification details of Class X standard such as exam passed, board, the subject appeared/appearing and among others.

Step 5: Preview/Edit DCECE Application Form

In this step, candidates can edit/modify details in the Bihar Polytechnic application form. After submitting the application form, they will not be allowed to edit any details in the application form. After checking, candidates will have to click on the ‘Declaration’ and click on ‘click & confirm’ to submit the application.

Step 6: Payment of Fee

After filling in all the details correctly, candidates have to pay the application fee. There are two modes of making the payment of application fee:

• Challan – Offline payment through e-challan must be done at a nearby bank.
• Online Payment - Candidates will be able to pay the fee online (debit/credit card or internet banking).

Step 7: Print out of Bihar Polytechnic Application Form

Lastly, candidates have to take the printout of the application form (Parts A and B). Multiple copies of the complete application form should be printed as it will be required at different stages of the admission process.
