there are many colleges like PU, BHU, JNU LU, KU, MU, CU, central University etc. But mostly University take entrance exam for admission.

Your percentage is very low for du, and unless you are SC/ST candidate you can not get admission in DU.

O not despair. Your chances of getting into DU are brighter than you think. Like any other Delhi University college, its School of Open Learning also offers B.Com (honours), political Science (honours) and English (honours) besides B.A. Programme and B.Com.
