I think HINDU and HANSRAJ COLLEGES are the best. Else you can choose the best DU college according for what course you want to apply. First choose your course, then find the best college. If this helped you, please upvote.

yes there are chances that you will get admission in Delhi University after doing this course you can go for higher studies and then you can become a lecturer or you can know become a researcher apart from this you can also work in Labs to go for Masters there is a thing that you have to take maths for at least 2 semester as your g e apart from that you will get good exposure try to do internships as much as you can all the best

Yes you can definitely get a college in North Campus for doing B.Com (Hons). There are high chances that you will get one but still I would suggest you to take admission in some of the colleges in south. I'll also list the colleges in North Campus for you that are well-known Shri Ram College of Commerce, Miranda House, sgtb Khalsa, Hansraj, Hindu, Ramjas, Kirori Mal. This is the list of colleges in North Campus which are giving you B.Com Honours and I think you can get admission in B.Com Honours. If you are getting in South Campus then I think you can go for colleges like Sri Venkateswara. It's really good and in seventh or eighth cut

It can be possible that college close their cutoff for next rounds as they got their required candidates but it is not necessary that in next round it will be same. Some students may get their seat upgraded or some may leave their seats due to some reasons and seats become vacant then again the cutoff will come for those seats in further rounds.

See when your rank is low, then only thing you can do it is to apply for it and wait & watch for the cutoff. Not every time but some time cutoff may go little low compared to last few years but it depends on various factors.
