All the colleges under DU are government colleges. To name a few, there is Miranda House Shri Ram College Shri Ram College of Commerce Hansraj College All these colleges are only government colleges, there are some colleges in which the the fees is higher but then they are also government colleges under DU like Singh Stephen's College or Indraprastha College for Eomen so these are also government colleges the university as such is Government affiliated and so all the colleges under DU are government colleges. I think, you will have to mention more about your Bachelor's degree. 40% is less than the eligibility criteria for IGNOU. But, I think under the categories you might get admission, so please mention about them, and all the best.

For BSc Hons microbiology, I think the aggregate of best four subjects considered most probably it is the PCB that is given the preference. You need to write about your PCB score. Also, the subjects of Honors courses are the best of four subjects which are counted but I think in your course, PCB score is considered. All the best!

Yes, you can get admission is DU with this percentage but you have to wait for 3rd or 4th cutoff.

Hey,
With these marks, you can't get admission in KMC College if you belong to general category.
But if you belong to SC or ST category then you will get admission in BA (H) English and in all other courses also.

The cut off of the colleges of Delhi University for 2019 batch has not yet declared. They are scheduled to b declared on 20th June 2019 for UG courses is releasing.
