The admission process for M.Com is based on entrance exam conducted by Delhi University.
You can apply application form online on Delhi university website under post-graduation portal.

The admission process is based on entrance exam conducted by Delhi University. There is very limited seats in Delhi University for B.Ed.

No, you can't, because pursuing two courses at same time is come under unfair means. And, it is a punishable offence.

Yes, you will get admission in Delhi University. You have chances to get admit in north campus. If you belong to OBC category you will get admission in north campus. You should wait you will surely get admission in Delhi university.

SOL- School of open learning is a part of Delhi University, which offer Correspondence courses. This is the non-regular college. For more information regarding admission process visit Delhi university SOL website.
