Entrance exam syllabus for zoology is usually based on the syllabus of Bachelor's degree and also some questions are set on the basis of 10th and 10+2 level syllabus. Economics is an ocean which constitutes many branches of Economics like Business Economics, Environmental Economics, etc. in generic. Business Economics focus more only business subjects only rather a conventional Economics of Study.

As DU is a prestigious university where only high merit students get to study. So considering your category your 12th percentage is good enough to get you admission into DU. Yes. Check previous year's cut off lists ( there are about 10-12 cut off lists for 2018) released by DU at its website http://www.du.ac.in/du/ and check the courses having less than 70% eligibility. It is more advisable to think of a career you want to pursue and accordingly choose course suitable for it. Some courses can be pursued through school of open learning or correspondence. Remember career is more important than University.

No, there is no such separate cutoff list but there is a single list in which all category rank list is given.
