Both SPA Delhi and Vishwakarma University are good options to pursue MDes. However, in terms of affordability,  SPA Delhi is more affordable since the tuition fees to pursue MDes at SPA Delhi is INR 1.8 lakh,  and the tuition fee to pursue MDes at Vishwakarma University is INR 7.5 lakh.

The theory and lab subjects are included in the UID BDes (H) in Fashion Design & Styling course related to this field. Both DU and BHU are brands in India. 

 

You can refer NIRF ranking and consider other factors like fees, location etc. 

 

In my view DU is slighlt bigger brand.
