Yes, the affiliated colleges have low fees as compared to private. For example in Delhi, if you want to do B.Pharma course. Dipsar was affiliated to DU. It has fees of INR. 40000 a year. And, if you do same from Jamia Humdard University. Fees is much higher. It's about INR. 72000 per semester.

You have an option to do MA in economics or LL.B. This is a question for you to answer, whether you are inclined towards law? Do you want to make a career in law? If yes, you must definitely do a 3 year LL.B. From any reputed college and upon completion of 3 years you will be awarded a LL.

Frank answer is it is not possible because for B.Ed, you need to have a minimum 50% in graduation. If you belonging to reserved category candidate, then probably you have fair chances.
