75+ colleges come under Delhi university and 60+ colleges offer this courses. You had 69% in class 12. If you belong to general category, you can't get admission in Delhi University. But if you belong to ST category, you will get admission very easily.

Go to the Delhi University portal and click on the UG admission portal. Then, click on the first cut off list of three different streams (Science, Commerce, Arts) and download from there. Or you can check individual colleges website to download their cutoff.
