Of course you can. But portals of DU are closing today @1700 hrs for admission in UG as well as PG courses. If you have not applied till now then do so immediately.

Please be specific about the course you're asking about. Different courses have different syllabus and criteria of entrance exam.

Eligibility criteria and admission procedure:
The candidate must have passed the class 12 examination or any equivalent examination from a recognised board unsecured the minimum cutoff marks prescribed by the University. The selection will be based on the merit on the basis of marks obtained which will not include any vocational subject. Meeting the eligibility criteria alone will not ensure admission which will be strictly on the basis of merit as per the rules and reserva

Some of the best colleges for journalism in DU are Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Kalindi College, Kamla Nehru College and Maharaja Agrasen College.
Delhi University has recently introduced five year integrated programme in journalism at the newly established Delhi School of Journalism.
