No, aspirants cannot take admission in Dyal Singh College without registration. As a first step, aspirants have to apply for CUET-UG or CUET-PG depending on the course requirements. Further, aspirants need to register for CSAS Counselling. Candidates are alloted seats through CSAS. Aspirants have to pay the CSAS 2025 application fees of INR 250 (INR 100 for SC/ ST/ Pwd category candidates). Candidates have to select Dyal Singh College as the preferred college for admission.

No, Delhi University has discontinued its D.El.ED program. However, you can apply for other related courses such as B.Ed, B.EL.ED, B.P.ED, D.ED, M.ED, M.P.ED from Delhi University. If you are intended to pursue a D.El ED Course only then you can consider following government colleges for admisssion:
