No.This kind of transfer cannot take place. It is only possible to transfer one from college to another of Delhi University, and that too if you have an exceptional academic result from your first year. You can however apply for fresh admissions in DU.

There are 2 modes of admission in DU. One is direct admission for internal students and the other one is through entrance exam, if you are not a student of DU.
To apply for MA, you need to have 60% aggregate or above. You need to fill the online application form, which will be made available in the month of April.

Yes, Shivaji College is a constituent college of the University of Delhi. Upon successful completion of a UG/PG course from this college, you will be getting a degree of DU only.
