Yes, you can take transfer to SOL, but you will need to provide reason and proof for transfer.

Eligibility Criteria / Entry Requirements:
B.Sc. (Hons.) Chemistry (3 Years Course after 10+2) with 50% or above marks in aggregate both main and subsidiary (integrated) and 50% or above marks in Chemistry from Delhi University or any other university whose examination is recognized as equivalent to University of Delhi and fulfill other conditions of eligibility.
OR

The eligibility criteria for admission in colleges like du and jnu will be published online. The students with 95% above will come in merit list and there is changes to get admission in sports and eca. The minimum qualification for BA political science is aggregate 45% in12th.

First of all, you need to understand the difference between BBA and B.Com and then select a course accordingly.
Delhi University
Pros: Brand name, good academics, good Fests and societies. No attendance issues.
Cons: Bottom colleges are decent in terms of academics and placements.
Maharaja Surajmal Institute
Pros: Reputation, discipline, great academics and good placements.
Cons: Attendance issues.
To sum it up, if you're planning to pursue CA/CS/IAS, etc., along with your graduation then I would recommend Delhi University as it has less attendance issues plus shorter duration of classes.
