As you have not mentioned the exam name, we are assuming it is NEET. 231 scores in NEET from the SC category are still not enough to get a government dental college, but you may get a private one. Your score is quite low to easily get a government seat. Minimum 280+ is a recommended score to get a dental college with SC catagory. Although you still have chances of getting admission as the cutoff varies every year based on the seat intake and competition of various colleges.

With 260 marks in NEET, entry into a government BDS college is extremely difficult, particularly for the General category, where cutoffs are typically 450+.
Admission Probabilities by Category:
General Category: Extremely little chance in government colleges.
OBC/EWS: Distant, due to higher cutoffs.
SC/ST: Certain government dental colleges have reserved seats, although competition is stiff.
Other options:
Private BDS colleges charge fees of 2-6 Lacs per year.
Deemed Universities can have lower cut-offs.

It is highly unlikely to get admission in BDS at KGMU with a rank of 363615 in NEET, as according to the previous years cut offs, the lowest cut off for general category was around 25000, OBC category was for 40000, for SC it was 180000 and for ST it was 320000.
