Coorg Institute of Dental Sciences (CIDS) uses the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admissions to its BDS program2. The NEET cutoff scores for CIDS are determined by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).

DU offers MDS courses through affiliated colleges like Lady Hardinge Medical College, University of Delhi and Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, MAMC via NEET MDS exam. For the MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery specialisation, the cutoff rank stood at 33 for Lady Hardinge Medical College, University of Delhi. No, you cannot pursue a BDS course after completing an MCA. BDS course is an undergraduate Medical course that requires candidates to have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in their 12th grade and qualify for entrance exams like NEET.

Since MCA is a postgraduate course in computer applications, it does not fulfill the eligibility criteria for BDS admission.

If you are interested in the healthcare field, you may explore alternative options such as health informatics or Hospital Management, which align better with your MCA background.
