You can start your preparation by joining any coaching which will provide you complete study material for NID
If you don't want to do any coaching, you can prepare it by yourself. You should read English on regular basis and make your English strong. GK and current affairs are must, especially fashion current affairs
Maths is a must. So, you can practice it by your 10th or 12th maths books
Try and practice sample papers of NID.

Hello If creativity and style is your passion, then a career in fashion designing can be the finest option you can perhaps choose. Every piece of clothing or accessory that we wear is fashioned by some fashion or apparel designer. This is an industry that will never go out of trend and employment prospects will surge with each passing day. Be it fashion houses, export companies, buying houses or celebrated designers with their own boutiques; each one needs creative and qualified designers, illustrators, pattern makers, stylists, fashion journalists, counselors etc. This is one industry that satisfies both the materialistic and creative

Hello
1. It is a practical course, so how will you manage to learn through distance when it's meant to be a regular course.
2. None of the good and reputed colleges of India offer a distance fashion designing Master's degree.
3. Even if some colleges offer a distance programme then fashion designing is a field where you need to practice on regular bases. So it doesn't matter whether you are doing it from India or from abroad.
4. Distance learning wouldn't help you to get a good job as a fashion designer.

Hello
The faculty members of every subject range from Average to very good, depending on the luck of the individuals as well (sometimes a class gets better faculty members than others). However, they are all helpful not just regarding the course but also regarding extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. The colleges have a dedicated placement cell which assists the students in procuring internships and job offers. It has a great infrastructure. The labs are high-tech and well-equipped. I have not applied to be placed in any company as I intend to continue my studies further at present. I have heard from friends who have been pla
