For B.Arch. Programme, you will have to appear for NATA.

There is many more private colleges for fashion designing course without entrance exam, INIFD is a good option to get best opportunities in fashion designing course.

Yes, you can join. Many colleges gives chance to student from other streams with different graduation degree to do their Masters in design. The colleges will teach you from the basics. So, it won't be a problem for non designers.
