Hi!
It falls under product design or automotive design course. Industrial design course does not deal with actually designing a product, but focuses on modification or improvement of a product so as to yield better results. If you want to get into hardcore design career and wish to design a product, or in your case motorbikes, you should either go for product designing or automotive designing course.

First of all, I am glad to know that you are interested in exploring about the course of Interior Design. To be honest, there's no such officially declared 'best' college to learn Interior Design. It's just your passion and your dedication towards learning art and design in any given surroundings and study atmosphere of an institute, which should matter to you. If you have passed HSC/ three-year Diploma/ Diploma in Textile Technology or equivalent from a recognized body of education, you can certainly apply for B.Sc course in Fashion Design.

Everything is possible with hardwork and dedication, and if you are passionate about fashion designing, then go for it. But, CA being a tough course, you would have to manage your time accordingly and would have to reduce your social life in order to divert your time towards career. So, choose wisely.
