Key differences between B.Arch in Interior Design and B.Des in Interior Design.
B.Arch in Interior Design is an engineering course having a duration of five years. Candidates who have passed plus two with the subjects Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry can only join this course. Courses are never bad, all the courses have their own identity in the market. Placement depends on the institution. Choose only one i.e. fashion photography or graphic designer.

You can either pursue design courses or management courses. It depends on your interest. Both have scope. Getting a job depends on skills and technical knowledge one have. If you wanna go in field of designing you can pursue designing courses like AutoCAD, CAD/CAM, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo, etc. There are various institutions like CADD Centre and other which offers these courses and if you want to go in the management field, you can do MBA or 1 year PG Diploma Management courses and can go in that field.
