You can opt for NIFT which is the best fashion design college in India. Apart from this, Amity University will also be a good option. As far as the fee is concerned, design colleges are expensive. You wouldn't find a design college with less fee.

That totally depends on you because if you choose biology, you may become a doctor/nurse and if you choose fashion designing, then you become a fashion designer.
In my opinion, you should opt biology because fashion stream is not reliable. Very few people can make their career in this field and also
