Hi Karan!
No, unfortunately Symbiosis School of Design does not offer automobile design course. You can consider the following colleges for pursuing automobile/transportation design:
1. Industrial Design Centre, IIT Bombay
2. National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad
3. Department of Design, IIT Guwahati
4. Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi
5. Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

There is no specific rank required. The cut-off differs every year. I would recommend you to give your best and get the highest rank possible. Usually, the seats on NIFT, Mumbai gets filled on the first day of counselling itself which includes top 400.

Yes,
You are free to choose the campus you want with the available options with your rank. Counselling session happens rank wise. And as the rank goes lower and lower, seats get filled up and when your turn comes up, at that point, whichever campus are left as option, you'll have to choose out of them. So basically the better the rank, the more the options.
