Hi Ranjit!
Although the eligibility criteria states that you need to have scored 45% in your HSC or PUC with English as one the languages. There is no age or other criteria mentioned. You should contact the institute directly for better guidance

For practicing purpose, it will be better to refer to the coaching guides available in the market.
