Yes you can pursue a Design course after completing B.Com. Since, you are a graduate, you can apply for postgraduate level Desoign courses such as MDes, MFM and MA and MSc with Design specialisations.You can give entrance for NIFT and choose the field you are most interested in.

I would suggest you go for a Masters degree course in interior designing instead of looking out for a one year program. A degree has a better value and you will get a better job after completing it.

You will have to appear for an entrance exam to get into a fashion designing course. Start preparing for NID and NIFT entrance exams.
