There is only one job in the fashion industry for a fashion designer. The salary depends on your performance in the company. You can get a chance to work in other countries also.
The salary started from 10,000 to 3,00,000 INR.

Yes, you can join fashion design course once you complete 10+2.
B.Sc in fashion design is an undergraduate fashion designing course that covers the study of creating original designs in garments, footwear, luggage, jewelry, etc.
The course duration is 3-years. The eligibility is:
1) Should have passed 10+2 or equivalent and with a minimum of 50% (in some reputed institutions).
2) Some reputed colleges conduct entrance exams also.

You can do it from a private institute but from a government, it is too tough. You can apply for Ph.D.
