Hi Ishita,
As far as the prelims (Part A of the exam) is concerned for NID entrance exam, you need to read news articles online and solved previous years papers of CEED, NID and NATA (MCQ questions). Further, preparing for this section of NID DAT includes understanding the areas of design and strengthening them.
To prepare for part B of NID Entrance Exam, please practice sketching questions related to different scenarios, perspective, people, places, expressions, articles, etc. Additionally, aim at achieving a sketch which is visually distinctive, well narrated and balanced in terms of composition.

National Institute of Design (NID) offers admissions to aspirants in Bachelor of Design (BDes) as well as Master of Design (MDes) programmes on the basis of their performance in NID Design Aptitude Test. In order to secure admission in design programmes offered at National Institute of Design (NID) aspirants need to take part in NID that (Prelims) and NID that (Mains). There are various degree, diploma, certificate options available which you may opt on the basis of your interest and time availability.
To join, you must have cleared class 12 (any stream). There is no age limit. You must also have an innate ability to mix colors.
