It is a newly started program in IIT and it will take some time to get momentum. However, considering reputation of IIT, you may expect average package of Rs.5 LPA.

You can opt for any course of your liking. Even a student who opted for PCM can also become a designer.

You can check with Anna Malai University and the University of Madras. You should opt for fashion design through distance if you can attend the classes on weekends.

If you are sure about your interest then you must do Master's in design. It is never late to pursue your dreams.
