No, it is not possible, because commerce students are unable to go for science field, rather a science student can go for both science field and commerce field. So, if you really want to do automotive designer, restart your option to have Physics,Chemistry & Maths in class 11th once again.

I think, the answer is probably no, because people who choose commerce cannot go to any science field, if you have chosen science, then either commerce/science field can be done.
