You can go for B.Des from NIFT as it is one of the best college in India for fashion design.

Yes, both GDPD from NID and B.Des from NIFT are equivalent and both the colleges are two best colleges for design in India.

You don't need to go for another UG program in fashion, if you are already a graduate. You can just go for PG program, be it degree or Diploma from any reputed fashion institution.
