You might not be able to go for a degree course if you wish to do something in one year. You may go for a diploma course or certification course in interior desiging.

You may pursue a degree course in interior designing from institutes like NID or NIFT.

Both are different field with different prospect and scope . I would not recommend you to proceed.You should choose the programme according to your future planning , don't put your legs in two boats.
But you like creative field more than b.com than you would go interior degree as full time and b.com as distance mode from different University.

You could do animation if it appeals you more, but if you wish to do accessory designing then the options are already available for you.

Both interior designing and animation are different fields, so it depend upon you that what do you wish to become in future. Select a course in which you have more interest.
