yes you are . . . the upper age limit to apply for u.g course through NIFT is 23 years. . . it may vary in different colleges or institutes . .

IIAD is good when it comes to a brand but Pearl academy has better placements. So if you wish to study further after graduation then go for IIAD.

LISSA does not offer degree courses, they only have diplomas. It would be great if you can visit the institute and take details from the counsellor.
