Fashion Designing is a very good career option. Your graduation degree may not be of any help. You will have to start afresh your education from NIFT or other fashion institute.

Automobile designing is different from engineering and the degree courses in india for the same are very few. You will get all info related to it here:

For germany and usa both, you need to score 80% above in 12th to pursue b.tech preferably. Check here

Mechanical engineering branch is an evergreen branch which has stayed firm against competitive streams such as Electronics, Civil, CSE overtimes. Branch has not seen much swings in its job market for last 5 decades. ME in automobile design is a niche market and commands a premium and will continue to do same.
