Fashion Designing is a very good career option. Your graduation degree may not be of any help. You will have to start afresh your education from NIFT or other fashion institute.

Automobile designing is different from engineering and the degree courses in india for the same are very few. You will get all info related to it here:

For germany and usa both, you need to score 80% above in 12th to pursue b.tech preferably. Check here
