You may able to get job in automobile components design companies after B.Tech. With experience you may become a designer. However M.Tech degree may help you to fullfil your dream of become automobile design engineer with lesser experience.

There are several instututes which provide coaching for NIFT and Other design institutes. U can search city wise institute for Your coaching.

Yes, you can very well do UI design. There are few design principles to understand UI design. The better would be to do a course/degree in UI design.
