Considering your interests, I believe you should go for Game design & development. The field covers both design & programming aspects. There are a number of colleges providing this course across India.

Is your college providing campus placements? If yes, you should try & get into a job.

It really depends on what kind of app you are planning to make, be it native / web based / android / iOS / windows. All these are developed using different technologies. Since you are in college, I believe you have enough time to learn some other technologies on your own. Just C may or may not be enough to develop an app for you.

Web and Graphic have real great career opportunities you can see institutes like Arena, MAAC, School of Media Design etc.
