u can pursue.if u join an institute who offers u parallel study.there r many in india.just search for the best in Your city and go ahead.it wont b a prob as B.Com classes r generally held early mrng.n u will have enough time to attend Your fashion designing classes

Dear Yamini,
It is advised to clear your compartment exam first and prepare for entrance exams for design. As no god college takes admission with one compartment.
