If you wish to take admission in fashion designing then the colleges that you mentioned are the best colleges. So don't look for any other option.

Both subjects and careers in these ptofessipnd are quite different from each other. In India both fashion designing and law have ample opportunities. You should choose subject based on your interest. If you have analytical thinking skills you can opt for law. If you have creative thinking skills opt for fashion designing.

Civil Engineering is a very vast field. It will be difficult to suggest a generic course for MTech Design. IIT Roorkee is the best Institute for civil engineering. IIT offers MTech Civil specialization in Building Science & Technology, Environmental , Geotechnical , Hydraulics Structural and Transportation Engineering . You can choose a specialization based on your interest.

Fashion marketing is nothing but merchandising. I would suggest that you take up fashion designing as a course because fashion marketing is one of the aspects of fashion designing.
You may take up fashion technology to meet your requirements as a fashion designer.
