See, a career switch is not an easy task, but kudos to you for trying. The course requires a PCB background in class 12th. So, unless you had PCMB in class 12th (considering you've done engineering) you might not be eligible. But yes you can do one thing and that is to search for institutes offering postgraduate diploma courses or certification programs in Nutrition and Dietetics instead of a degree.

After that you can apply at Symbiosis School for the course that generally commences around May-June for the July session and in September for the January session. you need to Fill in your personal and academic details. after that, you have to upload the required documents and pay the application fees.
