Hi,
I'd recommend you do a complete marketing course and then within the specialisation, you could focus on the relevant subjects. While you're completing your MBA, you could do a specialised course in the digital or social media. On the overview, both are same, but it'll be better if you have a marketing degree with projects and courses on digital.

Taxila is the best option because from previous 2 batches, the student are studying digital marketing and all students from these batches are Google's digital certified digital marketer.

You have to be good in GD/PI for doing PGDM from SIES. GD/PI and entrance exam have equal weightage. So there is no such cutoff for any entrance exam.
